Identify and Mitigate Risks in your supply chain

One of the major parts of the role of procurement is to understand the supply chain and ensure it is robust and reliable. CIPS have recently launched a new tool which will enable you to identify key areas of risk in your own supply chain, and provide you with guidance on how to manage and mitigate those risks. The tool will ask you to complete a number of questions based around the CIPS Resilience Model and will take around 15 minutes to complete. Additionally, CIPS are gathering all the responses which will allow you to compare and benchmark your institution against others. To access the tool please click here.
