Our Job of the Week is for a Deputy Head of Incomeat Birkbeck, University of London. The successful candidate will "supervise the Income team on a daily basis, providing advice on dealing with complex and sensitive queries from students, and monitoring and training staff, to ensure a high quality service is delivered to all our customers." In addition they "will also be responsible maintaining a database to monitor the debt position from the Student Loan Company and proactively chase outstanding debts, as well as ensuring that the reconciliation of the college’s main and fees bank accounts and various control and suspense accounts are up-to-date."
The deadline for applications is the 5th August. As usual there are lots of other vacancies listed on the BUFDG jobs page.
