BUFDG has responded to the DfE consultation "Securing student success: risk based regulation for teaching excellence, social mobility and informed choice in higher education". Civil servants can expect plenty to keep them going in the first weeks of 2018, with Shakespeare Martineau, UCU, individual universities and many more interested parties having already submitted a response, and some burning the late-night oil to make sure their views were submitted in time.
