Contract management is a vital part of the life cycle of a procurement project. For many of us however, our main efforts are focussed on the tendering, evaluation and award stage and we have to step away following that to start work on something else.
Effective contract management brings even more value to the agreements you have in place, reducing risk, mistakes and even lowering cost by eliminating problems early on. This is an area in the PMAs where many institutions have indicated they need further support. The last two events we ran sold out quickly and scored 92% on their satisfaction feedback report.
