As the closing date for applications to the Future Professional Directors Programme draws near it is worth sharing some recent updates on the programme. The first is that the Case Study Partner this year will be the University of Winchester. This will form the centrepiece of module one and the focus will be “Values-based Leadership for Institutional Development and Engagement”. In addition to this, Programme Director Doug Parkin shares his insight into module three Strategic Dialogue which delves into the art of being strategic. This module explores what it means to be a strategic thinker and delegates will be joined by leaders across four sectors; higher education; health, commercial and the armed forces.
