If you’re a director of head of a professional service in HE (think Finance, Estates, HR, Student Services etc.) then AHUA’s Impact and Influence programme is for you. It starts in June 2017, and will develop your leadership skills, help you influence more effectively at senior levels, improve your ability to tackle organisational challenges, and establish a network of peers from a variety of functions.

In addition to input from facilitators and speakers, participants are provided with 1-1 coaching and membership of an Action Learning Set in which to explore current business issues with a new network of peers from across the sector.
