HMRC survey - impact of IR35 legislative changes

HMRC Customer Relationship Managers have been sending out a list of questions by email to the Public Sector organisations for whom they have responsibility seeking information relating to the impact of the IR35 legislative changes that were introduced in April. I have created a discussion board item with the questions extracted, for Members' information, and to encourage comments/observations.
