This week’s job of the week is for a Project Accountant at the University of Nottingham. “An experienced finance professional is sought to manage a portfolio of financial improvement projects within the University and play their part in designing and implementing effective systems and processes. The work will also include mapping, discovery and improvement of existing processes. The projects you will be involved with will vary in time commitment, scale and complexity”.
The successful candidate will “be able to demonstrate the ability of preparing financial information to ensure compliance with relevance statutory and regulatory obligations. As the role will be responsible for a number of projects at the same time and will also need to manage ad-hoc requirements you will need to demonstrate your ability to manage your time and clearly communicate your progress to stakeholders.” The closing date for applications is Friday18thMay.
