TUCO Palm Oil Day

On 5th February, The University Caterers Organisation are holding a free event on the journey they are making to certified sustainable palm oil, the oils and fats market, what palm oil is and why they use it.  Additionally, they will explain how to take part in a certified supply chain and provide an NGO view on palm oil.

It is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in this topic to learn from experts and network with peers from the procurement and sustainability community.
