On the new SORP, “the aim is to have FRC sign off [of the draft SORP2019] this Summer (in accordance with the same scope as set out in the current SORP. Updated guidance notes and model financial statements are to be published towards the end of the calendar year i.e. after completion of the 17/18 financial statements”.
