Consequences of Brexit in public procurement

Professor Dr Sue Arrowsmith, School of Law at the University of Nottingham, has recently provided a paper for the European Parliament's committee on internal market and consumer protection, that examines the implications of the UKs departure from the EU. It specifically considers the EU-UK legal relationship in the field of public procurement. The paper has been reviewed by legal firm Pinsett Masons who provide a useful news article summarising the detail.
