Now we have shared the full and informative agenda with you, we wanted to help you understand the format of the event – and no, it’s not just a webinar!
What will it look like?
We’ve taken some screen shots to help give a better idea on the look and feel.
How long will I have to attend for?
The event is open from 9 – 4pm with seminars happening until 2.30pm. You can see the full agenda here. There is no obligation to stay at the event for the whole day. Once registered, you can join in to as much or as little as you wish. Simply choose the activities you want to attend and ensure you are logged on at these times. The rest of the time it’s up to you. Once you have registered and logged in, you will be able to access the resources for a period of time following the event to ensure you have captured what you need. (Please note, this will only be available to those who have registered to attend, it will not be available to non-attendees).
How will it work?
Once you have booked onto the event, we will send you registration details nearer the time. When the event is open, you will log on and register and then simply kick back, relax and listen (we will even be sending you a little treat so you enjoy the event even more). You will be able to ask questions on line throughout which will be answered by the presenter (if time allows for each question). If time does run out, unlike a ‘normal’ conference, they can come back to you direct later on if you wish.
How do the exhibition stands work?
Just like any conference, you will be able to view the stand, visit and ask questions on line. In fact it’s much better as you are in total control and can see what they can offer before you ask the questions.
How will I network?
When you log on you will be asked to register your details – whilst we will ask for some basics to check who you are, you can add as much or as little as you wish. You can then network with people throughout the event, mainly via the networking lounge to discuss current topics or to make introductions.
