Termination Payments consultation

We're nearing the end of the period of consultation on draft legislation for HMRC's simplification proposals for Termination Payments. If you have any comments on the proposals (which include the suggestion to make all PILONs taxable), then we'd love to hear from you to be able to represent your views, so please get in touch with Amanda. You can use the response template available here. And you can review BUFDG's response to the original consultation here. Please provide your answers/comments to Amanda by Friday 30th September.
