Well, whatever next? Consultancy firms are making money from gender pay gap reporting work, according to a recent FT report.

The article sets out the sort of solutions, mainly software-driven, that consultants are offering to their clients. As is sometimes the case, the comments and responses to the piece are just as interesting as the article itself; on which side of the debate do you sit? Do you think that the reporting rules are a "blunt instrument" that have the potential to leave us with "sensationalist results"? Or are you more of the view that the rules represent "a good start" forcing organisations "to examine why things are as they are"?
