New BUFDG Learning and Development Manager

We welcome the newest member of the BUFDG team - our new Learning and Development Manager Rachel McLone - who started work on Monday. She will be leading efforts to develop our L&D offering, including identifying training needs, e-learning opportunities, and much more. Rachel would love to hear about any ideas you might have.
