USS deficit calculation update

BUFDG FRG met yesterday, 25 October 2018, and agreed that the guidance given in Karel's post on 31 August 2018 stands for 17-18 financial statements. The guidance is also available on this page.
The deficit contributions will not be finalised before the end of 2018, with the 2017 valuation still expected to be completed by the end of February 2019.
