Overseas agents proposal

Given that there is still a lot of concern (and big VAT bills) in the sector in relation to overseas agents' fees, and many unviersities have raised the question of whether there isn't perhaps still some possibility of working together on a solution for this, EY has provided a proposal to work with a group of universities to try to overcome some of the hurdles to implementing a solution. The proposal can be found here, and if you are interested in discussing this proposal further, then please let me know and I can put all such universities in touch with Damian at EY. If there is sufficient interest in taking this forward across the sector then BUFDG will also remain involved in any future work.
