We have lots of Jobs for this week, courtesy of the Institute for Cancer Research recruiting for five key roles within their finance team, following a new operational strategy and restructure of professional services. Liam Blake, deputy FD at ICR says:
“We have created a dedicated Research Finance team … and are recruiting a senior manager to lead this team, as well as a Senior Research Accountant and two Research Accountants. These vacancies… represent an opportunity for financial professionals at different stages of their career path, but with a shared interest in helping to deliver life-changing science, to work at the heart of research investment decision-making at the top ranked Research Institution in the UK.
We have also created an expanded Financial Planning & Analysis team to deliver the financial planning and management information required to ensure that the ICR is able to meet its strategic objectives whilst remaining sustainable in the long term… The Financial Planning & Analysis team is therefore recruiting a Finance Business Partner- Corporate Services to work with our Corporate teams and support them in planning, funding and implementation of these strategies.“
