reintroduction of the name and shame scheme
increase flexibility in how salaried workers are paid by permitting additional payment cycles, allowing employers to choose the 'calculation year' and ability to pay premium pay without losing any other entitlements
removal of financial penalties to employers who offer salary sacrifice arrangements on an 'opt in' basis which takes employees below NMW although strict conditions must apply
