The Scottish Government has recently issued a policy note regarding the important changes to data protection legislation. The SSPN highlights the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation which will take effect in May 2018 and also provides some available information about how this impacts on public procurement in Scotland. The document will be most useful to those in institutions in Scotland but is generally informative for all.
