Future Professional Directors is a unique programme (by Advance HE) for colleagues in professional services from all areas of the institution. It helps them develop the skills, approaches, insights and resilience needed to lead in a complex higher education environment. Developed in partnership with nine sector bodies, it builds the confidence and skills needed to lead successfully within and across professional services and the wider institution. This year, participants will hear first-hand from the senior team at the University of Northampton about their move to its new £330m Waterside campus, as part of the programme’s live case study, which is the centrepiece of Module One.
