University of London International Taxation Summer Course

The University of London is running an International Taxation Summer Course developed by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies on 24-28 June. The course will focus on various international taxation issues such as residence; permanent establishment; business profits, dividends, interest, royalties, under tax treaties; triangular cases; double taxation relief and non-discrimination; beneficial ownership and anti-avoidance provisions; transparency; exchange of information; protection of taxpayer´s rights and transfer pricing.
