Tax meeting minutes

We've recently published the minutes of both the BUFDG national tax group meeting and the BUFDG/HMRC liaison meeting held in the autumn. You can find the national tax group minutes here, where we discussed various VAT cases of interest to the HE sector, changes to the IR35 rules, and progress on the update to the PE Framework, among other issues. The HMRC meeting minutes can be found here, where we discussed 'tax in the senate', BUFDG and HMRC guidance, HMRC visits to suppliers of medical equipment etc. plus more.
