New tax group role: Customs/import specialist

Do you harbour a secret love of customs and import procedures? Are you au fait with C79s, CPCs and NIRU? Or are you a keen amateur whose university imports a lot of interesting items, resulting in lots of unusual import issues?
With HMRC import reviews on the rise in the sector, and the B-word just around the corner (maybe), the BUFDG tax group has decided to create a new role of Customs/Import Specialist. Would you like to join the tax group to help us out with this? The group meets three times a year and follows up on issues and projects in between. If you're interested in this role then please contact Amanda, or have a chat with her at the tax conference next week.
