Credit Management Conference, 21st May - Bookings open

Our next Credit Management Conference takes place on Thursday 21st May at America Square, London.   We hope to once again have a really value day of learning and networking and this year we have a wider range of speakers attending.  This is a great opportunity to meet a wide range of delegates from across the UK in this event tailored for HE. 

The agenda is still being confirmed as we work through all the proposals, but sessions will include:

  • The latest in Credit Management, Sue Chapple, Interim CEO, CICM.
  • The changing landscape of HE, Julie Tam, Deputy Director, UUK.
  • What this means for HE Finance and Credit Control, Lizzy Conder, FD, University of London.
  • A skills session delivered by Claire Harvey (MBE).

We also have a number of breakout sessions including:

  • Emerging payment technology and the regulations that govern them.
  • What is legally possible with debt recovery?
  • How to communicate and engage with your international students.
  • Working with vulnerable students.
  • Improving your student communication, an example from a HEI
  • Internal collection strategies - compare and contrast through a discussion forum.
  • Exploring Industry and HE best practice for Credit Management.
