Recognising the importance of high quality, co-ordinated and cost effective learning and development opportunities, HEPA and UK Universities Purchasing consortia (UKUPC) have discussed the need for a new collaborative L&D group.
We know that to ensure our offering always reflects your needs, a joined up approach is vital. The new L&D group will be made up of volunteers from HEPA membership nationally as well as Consortia and HEPA representatives; it will meet twice a year to map out requirements and review how these can be provided in the most efficient way taking advantage of the expertise we have already in the sector, utilising specialist suppliers already on consortia framework contracts and considering innovative ways of funding events.
Before we convene the group and our first meeting we understand the most important thing is to ask your thoughts on what is needed, therefore can we ask you to please take a couple of minutes to complete this survey (it’s really quick and easy). If you have ideas (be as creative as you like!) on how we could be doing something better, different or new, this is your opportunity to tell us. Please complete this by 22nd May.
