HMRC has updated Notice 701/30 Education & Vocational Training to reflect the changes to Group 6 of Schedule 9 of the VAT Act, reflecting the changes to the eligible body criteria [the criteria now includes all HE providers registered with OfS in the Approved (fee cap) category].
