BUFDG/KPMG Fuel & Power Note

In July, HMRC published a note (available here) clarifying their policy on fuel and power. Members have found the note difficult to digest and follow in parts so BUFDG and KPMG compiled a note (available here) attempting to set out what we think the key points are.
HMRC have asked us to make it clear that this note does not necessarily reflect their view.
