Aspiring finance leaders

Do you aspire to be a future finance leader? Would you like to understand the skills and capabilities of a finance leader in Higher Education and the type of development you should be getting to achieve these? Following research conducted by BUFDG and Advance HE, together with discussions with our members, we have created our future finance leaders web page which we hope is a useful place to start for all those wanting to start their development journey. On here you can find:
the results and conclusions from our research;
the skills and capabilities of a finance leader;
development areas to focus on;
role profiles of some of our existing finance leaders (thank you to all our willing participants);
development activities, such as the Action Learning Sets we have just launched.
We will continue to work on activities for aspiring leaders, and will of course share new opportunities with you as they develop. If you have any queries, or would like to talk about the research and what this could mean for you, please get in touch with Rachel.
