Future Professional Directors is a unique programme (by Advance HE) for colleagues in professional services from all areas of the institution. It helps them develop the skills, approaches, insights and resilience needed to lead in a complex higher education environment. Developed in partnership with nine sector bodies, it builds the confidence and skills needed to lead successfully within and across professional services and the wider institution. This year, participants will hear first-hand from the senior team at the University of Northampton about their move to its new £330m Waterside campus, as part of the programmes live case study which is the centrepiece of Module One.
The next Future Professional Directors Programme date has changed from March and now starts on the 2nd July 2019 with an application deadline of Wednesday 31st May. BUFDG members receive a 10% discount for this programme. For any queries, please contact Rachel.
