The HEPA Responsible Procurement Group social value sub-group are working on a set of HE sector TOMs (themes outcomes and measures) with the support of the Social Value Portal.
The Social Value Portal are holding a free webinar next week to launch the updated National Social Value Measurement Framework, the National TOMs 2021.
The session will cover the essentials of the updates to the framework, including the new environmental measures and the changes in proxy values.
