After spending the first few weeks with BUFDG/HEPA getting to grips with the basics of what I need to know, I wanted to share an article which embodies the key aspects of my role and relates to all of us in some way or another. According to the Chartered Management Institute, over half of all managers want to prioritise professional development for themselves and their team this year. With this in mind, I am keen to gain a greater appreciation of how we can help support your training needs and that of your team.
