We are currently undertaking a series of surveys with Finance Directors / CFOs and Heads of Procurement across the BUFDG membership to better understand how procurement value is measured and communicated through the Procurement Value Survey (PVS).
The surveys form part of a wider review of the PVS. As the procurement landscape continues to evolve, it is important that our approach to measuring value reflects best practice and captures the full range of outcomes that procurement delivers.
Through these surveys, we are seeking insight into members' experiences of using the PVS, the challenges they face when measuring and reporting value, and opportunities to enhance the methodology for the future.
The feedback received will help inform the ongoing development of the PVS, ensuring it remains a relevant and effective tool for demonstrating the impact of procurement across the sector.
