The PA2023 templates will start to be published from today - they will continue to be made available on the Government Commercial College (GCC), and the Procurement Pathway, as they are cleared.
The templates can be found by following the path below on the GCC:
TPP Home Page > TPP Communities of Practice > Programme Resources > Implementation Policy Resources > Procurement Act 2023 Templates.
The first PA2023 templates to be released will be:
PA03 | Direct award justification | Report detailing justification of the direct award of a public contract, which may be used for internal approval and for audit purposes. |
PA08 | Assessment summary - most advantageous tender | Information about the assessment of the most advantageous tender submitted in accordance with Section 50 of the Procurement Act 2023. |
PA09 | Assessment summary - assessed tender | Information about the assessment of the assessed tender and the most advantageous tender submitted in accordance with Section 50 of the Procurement Act 2023. |
