Corresponding with HMRC on the accommodation benefit

If you have, or are, currently corresponding with HMRC on agreeing either an exempt status or the benefit in kind value of accommodation, you will note that it has been under the direction of one individual at HMRC (within the H E team). BUFDG have been informed that whilst this individual is on extended leave, there is continuity as the team who works with him continues to work through the correspondence.
If you are corresponding with someone outside of the H E team at HMRC and you receive an inconsistent or confusing response, please email the H E team or contact Julia.
