NEUPC is preparing to renew the HE Sustainable Furniture Framework (FFE2008 NE), to be available from February 2026.
The circular economy lots in the current framework have seen limited uptake so they are seeking feedback from as wide a range of HE colleagues as possible on their institutions approach to re-use / refurbishment vs replacement, budget pressures / changing timeframes for project lifecycles, and so on, to identify the best strategy for the next framework.
NEUPC would also welcome volunteers to participate in the Tender Working Party (TWP) that will deliver the new framework. By participating in the TWP you will be able to:

Steven will also be attending the EAUC Conference at Sheffield Hallam University on 25th June if you would prefer a face to face / informal discussion.
