Following the brief re-opening of the Application Portal for Phase 3 of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme on 10 October, a decision was made to close the portal due to technical issues preventing some applications. Any existing applications will be discounted.
Salix will be reopening the Phase 3c Application Portal for all applications on Tuesday 7 November, 2023 at 2pm until Friday, 10 November, 2023 at 2pm with applications being reviewed on a "first come first served" basis (unless there are further issues, in which case a ballot system will be implemented.
