7th September 2022
Online via MS Teams - 11am - 12pm
Wednesday 7 September 2022
Timings: 11am - 12pm
The Supreme Court judgment in Harpur's Trust v Brazel was decided in July. This session will be led by expert, Rebecca Seeley Harris of Re: Legal Consulting, who will talk through the ramifications of the decision, being essentially the removal of pro-rata holiday pay and replacement with a calculation based on the full 5.6 weeks. Rebecca will discuss who this will affect and what universities need to do. If you have any questions that you would specifically like answered in the session, please email julia@bufdg.ac.uk with those questions.
A link to join the meeting will be sent with your order confirmation. If you don't receive this please contact Gill Birch.
