This free to attend leadership webinar is targeted at our Senior Leaders. The session will share how you can overcome resistance and challenge.
The session will be 2.5 hours long and will be a mixture of facilitated training and we hope lots of interactive discussion to enable all the delegates to gain the most value.
The session will be delivered by Claire Harvey MBE. Claire has previously delivered sessions for BUFDG and we always receive incredibly positive feedback. Her sessions are engaging, thought provoking and fun. Claire is a straight talker and understands the current leadership challenges. Claire brings years of public sector, regulatory, corporate and third sector leadership experience and has an impressive record of impact and achievement through positive disruption and culture change.
