We will be joined by Jeremy O’Neill from GT Singapore and Claire Hamlin from GT UK for this time to talk session on the GST implications of providing online learning in Singapore. Jeremy last gave a presentation to BUFDG members in November 2022, ahead of the introduction of GST on digital services, including online learning, in January 2023. In this session, Jeremy will explore how the GST rules have evolved, how they are being applied by the Singapore Tax authorities and the various GST registration options available to UK universities.
