When you’ve arrived at the BP Pulse charging point, please connect your vehicle using your Type 2 charging cable. Once you’re connected, a message will appear: ‘Please hold RFID card on target above for 2 seconds.’
If you have a RFID card, please present this. Alternatively, use the BP Pulse app to begin charging:
The lights next to the charging socket will turn green to indicate a successful connection. When you’ve finished charging, click ‘Stop Charge’ in the app. It might take a couple of seconds for your cable to release.
Please don’t press the red emergency stop button unless there is a real emergency: this will disable the unit until an engineer is able to come to the charge point.

Tea/coffee facilities will be available from 8.00am each day. These facilities are located outside the Fry Suite, as well as in the atrium areas upstairs near the Corelli, Lodge and MacNeice rooms.
We are hosting drinks outside the Fry suite from 6.30pm and dinner follows around 7.00pm in the Fry suite. Just outside the room you will find name cards, which have been printed with your meal choices, plus allergies/dietary requirements. Please pick this card up as soon as you arrive at the Fry suite to avoid congestion when we move into the room for dinner.
A selection of drinks will be available during the pre-dinner drinks and evening meal. If you would prefer something else you can purchase something from the bar area. Please note that the bar is card payment only, no cash. After dinner, the hotel bar remains hope until around midnight.

We will have an area outside the Fry Suite where lunch will be served.
