These drop-ins are for any BUFDG member who has general queries on claims, system issues, Ts&Cs, Monitoring Officer inconsistencies etc. Members of both the Horizon Guarantee (monthly) and wider ops teams (every other month) will be there.
The format will be a surgery; no agenda or presentations, just come with your questions and hop off whenever you like. We'll wrap up when we run out of queries or time.
If things keep cropping up, or something is not an instant answer scenario, we will take these away and have more in depth quarterly catch ups with IUK to tackle some of the bigger issues.
A gentle reminder that we want to keep these drop-ins positive and engaging.

Registering in advance lets us estimate numbers and have a rough idea of topics in advance, which will help with preparation as we get these up and running but you. It's also useful to monitor numbers and how successful these are. We will review after six months.
