The Cabinet Office released a useful update on the Transforming Public Procurement programme last week which is worth a read. It contains details about the Commencement Regulations, the Procurement Review Unit (PRU) and the latest batch of Procurement Act 2023 guidance. It is also worth noting the Cabinet Office communication regarding the General Election and the implementation of the new regime.

A reminder that bookings for Communities of Practice are now open as well! You can find out more about the schedule here, with the next events being an Implementation Update later this month:

Members can also find details of all of the upcoming Transforming Public Procurement events in the HEPA calendar.

Finally, the national Responsible Procurement Group (RPG) has released its update for the second quarter of 2024 which you can read here! The update contains details on the work of the steering group, as well as information on the activities of each of the sub-groups.
