Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH) helps over 1,200 charities to invest in property in an ethical, responsible and tax-efficient way.
PITCH is managed by Mayfair Capital Investment Management, a specialist UK real estate investment manager and is a unit trust designed as a pooled property vehicle available to all UK Charities. The Fund aims to deliver a relatively high and sustainable income yield, whilst aiming to maintain capital value in real terms over the economic cycle.
In an ongoing low growth, low interest rate environment, income is particularly important to charities and Mayfair Capital anticipates that property yields will remain attractive to investors seeking income as part of their total return, in particular relative to yields available through the other main asset classes. Through a Fund such as PITCH, we can provide a sustainable and growing level of income.
